Pure Offices is to bring its national serviced office operations to Manchester following the off-market acquisition of 3400 Lakeside, Cheadle Royal Business Park, Cheadle, by Carrick Real Estate.
Acquired from Target Real Estate, the deal marks the operator’s 21st serviced office to open in the UK since its inception in 2007. Pure Offices will commence a comprehensive £1.9m fit out of the 36,479 sq ft, three-storey office building at the prominent south Manchester business park, which is due to be completed in Autumn 2018.
Providing contemporary suites ranging in size from 100 sq ft up to 3,000, the accommodation will be let on flexible rolling monthly contracts, including broadband and a telephone. Lakeside 3400 provisions will include meeting rooms and amenity areas with business lounges, phone booths, and external seating.
Located at the successful Cheadle Royal business park, set in mature parkland, 3400 Lakeside is seven miles south of Manchester city centre and one mile from the M60 orbital motorway. Other occupiers at Cheadle Royal include Capita, Balfour Beatty, De Vere and Trinity Pharmaceuticals.
The latest acquisition forms part of an exciting expansion programme for the company following 4 new centres opening in the last 18 months. Pure Offices are looking at a number of other opportunities throughout the UK with a view to growing the portfolio further.
