GDPR is LIVE!
GDPR has officially replaced the Data Protection Act of 1998. Although this new legislation is crucial to keeping your business compliant, it’s safe to say that GDPR can be a bit of a minefield. According to Experian 25% of businesses were either “not ready at all” for the change in legislation or “somewhat prepared”.

Whilst the talk will be hosted by the Barclays team and focusing on the relevant topics facing businesses now that GDPR is in effect, it will be an open discussion with input among the attendees encouraged.
The event is being co-hosted by Leeds City Council too, so that they have an opportunity to discuss grant funding available right now.
