About Us

Our Mission.

Pure Offices was founded in 2007 with one aim - to offer quality and flexible office solutions to businesses around the country, from start-ups to global corporates. We are proud of our centres which have been carefully designed to maximise wellbeing in the workplace. From plenty of natural light, good ventilation and smart interiors through to sustainable initiatives such as solar panels, sourcing energy from renewable sources and low energy lighting. Our offices meet the demands of the modern business which, when twinned with excellent levels of customer service, gives the ultimate hassle free, easy in- easy out, office experience.

Our History

From 2007 to now.

2007

We created Pure Offices.

We created Pure Offices in 2007, and began construction of our first centre in Swindon.

2008

First Pure Offices Centre Completed.

In 2008 we opened our first Pure Offices centre in Swindon, offering a brand new and flexible office solution to businesses.

2010

Six Pure Offices Locations.

By 2010 our portfolio of Pure Offices centres had grown to six centres, at Swindon, Leamington, Wewlyn, Farnborough, Gloucester and Portishead, through the development of new centres and acquisition of existing ones.

2015

Portfolio of 16 Centres.

By 2015 we added ten more Pure Offices centres to our portfolio, including Nottingham, Leeds Thorpe Park, Oldbury, Oxford, Weston, Warwick, Cheltenham, Edinburgh and Aylesbury.

2021

Over 20 Locations and Counting.

Pure Offices now have over 20 locations, recent acquisitions and developments include Edinburgh, Warrington and Birmingham.

About Nick

Nick is responsible for the strategic management and operation of the business and has over 20 years’ experience in the UK commercial workspace sector. Nick is a Chartered Surveyor.

About Richard

Richard is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience and, as well as overall strategy for the business, is also responsible for sourcing, negotiating and acquiring new centres for the portfolio.

About Alan

Alan is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience and heads the Finance function. Alan is responsible for all areas of financial reporting, cash management and taxation for the group.

Katie is a Chartered Surveyor with experience in asset management. She is responsible for overseeing all operational and sales matters as well as the design and launch of new centres.

    Make an enquiry.

    Talk to one of our team at your preferred location - discuss prices, inclusive services, terms and arrange your viewing.

    View your office space.

    Have a tour of the centre to check out the facilities, meet the team and choose the office that works best for you.

    Complete your client questionnaire.

    This simple document tells us exactly what you need from your office space, and will help us create your contract. You’ll also be able to select your move-in date.

  • 4

    Sign your contract.

    We like to keep things simple – that's why our contracts are short and sweet. As soon as you’ve signed and paid, we’ll hand over the keys!

    Moving day!
